Rachel enjoys working with a wide variety of clients including, children, adolescents, teenagers, and adults. She uses an integrative approach to counseling to meet the client’s needs that centers on Play Therapy techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions, and Mindfulness-Based Approaches.
