Athlete Packages
Sports Recovery and Performance
Athletes preparing for major events or seeking ongoing performance improvement require optimization of both mental factors (focus, reaction time, stress under pressure) and physical factors (recovery, endurance, neuromuscular coordination). Peak performance in sports is highly mental – maintaining a “cool and focused” brain state under competitive pressure is estimated to account for a large portion of success. Athletes also face intense training loads, so rapid recovery and injury prevention are key.
Short-Term Intensive Package (6 sessions)
“Competition Readiness”: A quick, high-frequency program to prep an athlete for an upcoming competition or event. Ideally implemented in the final 2 weeks leading up to the event, 3x per week.
Medium-Term Package (16 sessions)
“Comprehensive Performance Enhancement”: A medium-length program spread over 8 weeks (e.g. 2 sessions/week) or up to 4 months (weekly sessions), typically initiated in pre-season or during a off-season training block. The goal is to produce deeper improvements in mental skills and integrate them with the athlete’s physical training cycle. This program not only preps for a single event but elevates the athlete’s overall game.
Long-Term Package (Ongoing)
“Elite Athlete Ongoing Program”: A maintenance and continuous development plan for athletes, particularly suited for professional or elite amateur athletes who view mental training as an integral part of their regimen. This could be structured as a year-round program with varying intensity depending on the season (e.g. off-season vs in-season). We offer a flexible membership (e.g., monthly fee of $320) that includes regular sessions (1x weekly).
Student Packages
Academic Peak Performance
Students preparing for exams (e.g. SAT) or academic competitions often face high stress and anxiety, which can impair focus and working memory. They seek improved concentration, memory retention, and test-taking calmness. Interventions should rapidly reduce test anxiety and sharpen cognitive function.
Short-Term Intensive Package (6 sessions)
“Exam Prep Boost”: This package begins 3 weeks before a major test, with 2 sessions per week. Each 60–90 min session blends HRV biofeedback, PBM, and neurofeedback, with adjuncts as needed.
Medium-Term Package (16 sessions)
“Academic Performance Upgrade”: This package spans 8 weeks (e.g. 2 sessions per week for 8 weeks, or weekly sessions over 4 months). It is designed for deeper, longer-lasting improvements in cognitive skills and stress resilience, suitable for students with more lead time (or those seeking general academic enhancement beyond a single test).
Every 60–90 min session integrates multiple modalities, with an emphasis on progressive neurofeedback training augmented by ongoing PBM.
Long-Term Package (Ongoing)
“Peak Student Membership”: This is a maintenance and continuous optimization plan, ideal for students who want to sustain high performance over a school year or who have recurrent high-stakes challenges (e.g., ongoing competitions, standardized tests, or just a desire to keep their brain in top shape).

Professionals (e.g. executives, entrepreneurs, creatives) aiming for peak cognitive performance must manage chronic stress, maintain sharp focus, memory, and decision-making, and often need to perform under pressure (major presentations, negotiations, or sustained high workload). Our packages for professionals emphasize stress optimization (not just reduction, but using stress in a healthy way), enhanced cognitive flexibility and creativity, and sustained mental energy.
Short-Term Intensive Package (7 sessions)
“Executive Peak Prep”: A compact package to prepare for a major event (big presentation, product launch, important meeting) or to jump-start cognitive optimization. Ideally starts 3 weeks before the target event, occurring 2x per week, with an additional session occurring the day before the major event (can be condensed into 1–2 weeks if needed). Sessions focus on quickly calming the nervous system and boosting executive brain functions.
Medium-Term Package (16 sessions)
“Executive Cognitive Optimization”: A comprehensive 16 session regimen spread over ~8–10 weeks (commonly 1–2 sessions per week). This program is aimed at professionals seeking substantial improvement in their overall cognitive functioning, stress resilience, and possibly specific skills (focus, memory, creativity). It’s also suited for those preparing for an extended high-pressure period (e.g., a quarter of intense business activity) rather than a one-off event.
