Rebecca is a therapist who works with children, adolescents, and individuals, while also supporting families in strengthening their relationships. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Family and Consumer Sciences and has experience counseling youth (ages 3–18) and their families. 

She obtained her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from southern New Hampshire university. Her approach is primarily emotion-focused, helping clients connect with, understand, and express their emotions. 

She provides affirming care for the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and those navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, or life transitions. Rebecca has an integrative style drawing from Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She enjoys incorporating arts and crafts, experiential activities, and play therapy to engage children and teens in creative ways.

Outside of therapy, Rebecca loves spending time with her dogs, singing karaoke, and staying active through volleyball, pickleball, and other athletic activities.
