RACHEL BODZIAK, LPC
Counselor

I believe therapy is most powerful when it’s rooted in real connection—when you feel safe enough to be fully seen and supported, without pressure or pretense. My role isn’t to give you answers or fix what’s broken. It’s to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and respect as you explore whatever you’re carrying.

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, identity questions, life transitions, relationship dynamics, grief, and the slow work of healing from past wounds. My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I honor your pace and your process, while offering gentle perspective and tools to support growth. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply longing for space to be yourself—therapy can be a place to breathe, reflect, and rediscover what matters to you.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll find me cheering for my favorite hockey teams, nurturing my garden, connecting with animals, or planning my next travel adventure. These parts of life remind me of the beauty in growth, play, and presence—values I carry into every session.

You don’t have to navigate hard things alone. I’m here to meet you where you are—with warmth, honesty, and a deep belief in your capacity for healing.
