Liz is a Licensed Master Social Worker who supports individuals and families of all ages navigating life transitions, illness, and uncertainty.
She earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma and brings over 15 years of experience across multiple fields, from oncology, hospice, memory care, and pediatrics.
Her clinical style is holistic and strengths-based, integrating mindfulness, cognitive behavioral strategies, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Liz believes in the power of positivity and practical support to foster clarity, resilience, and growth. Her work is grounded in cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and integrative therapies that honor the mind-body connection.
As part of a bilingual, multicultural family, she is deeply committed to inclusive, accessible care that respects the diverse lived experiences of those she serves.
In her free time, Liz enjoys crafting, watching OU football with her husband, volunteering as a Cub Scout den leader and PTO member for her son, and training her two dogs to become emotional support therapy animals.
